Breaking down the UAE’s Ecological Footprint can also help us identify to what extent different sectors of society are responsible and how these sectors can contribute to solutions. Information like this is very relevant for policy prioritization, as it helps us see which sectors of society contribute to our Footprint the most, and helps formulate plans that are targeted, effective and practical.
Just as everyone contributes to the Ecological Footprint, everyone also has a role in the solution.
